How does the booking work?

We will respond to you within 24 hours to confirm your booking.


Space requirements for the Photo Booth.
Area: 8ft x 8ft or 10ft x 10ft
         Minimum ceiling height is 8ft
Corner area or an area facing the wall is preferred.
We will need a Power Source. The closer to the power source is preferred.
WiFi connection is needed. If WiFi is not provided by the venue, cellular reception is required.


Can we use the Photo Booth outdoor?
Yes.
In order to setup the photo booth outdoor, we need the following:
- Coverage for rain
- Flat and dry ground


We booked the photo booth for 2 hours. Does that cover setup and teardown time as well?
The setup and teardown time are outside the 2 hours.
Example scenario:
You booked us 6 PM to 8 PM.
You will get the full 2 hours of service from 6 PM to 8 PM.
We will arrive at 4:30 PM to setup the Photo Booth and be ready to serve your guests at 6 PM.
At 8:01 PM, we will start to teardown.
In this regard, please allow us extra 1-1.5 hours for setup and 30-45 minutes for teardown.
Also, please inform the venue to allow us to be there for the setup and teardown.
